Motivation
After the movie with my dad, I managed to get to the gym a lot later than I am normally there. I’m making a conscious effort of going, for a couple of reasons, mostly because it’s helping the depression (better than medication, or so say the English) that my recent circumstances have contributed to, in addition to my regular SAD issues.
