I have met Judge Steve Kirkland a few times in the course of the past month. Turn out was already incredibly low. In a district that has 350K registered voters less than 10k voted in our race and only those voters who went to the polls (even if they undervoted in the race) that are in that district during the primary are eligible to vote in the runoff.
