Erika Iris Simmons

Erika Iris Simmons is a mixed media artist based out of St. Louis, Missouri. She originally trained in contemporary make-up and wandered off into creating optical illusions through physical artworks. Within her series, she portrays important figures and role models throughout history by using spools of film to cutting out newspaper.
