Father in Texas served justice up.. But DA sees it differently

I guess they are taking it to the grand jury for homicide because in the day and age where a man can witness a young boy being raped in the shower, walk away like a coward, and collect a paycheck along side the child rapist for years.. we are shocked that a young man protected his child with fists of fury.

I would have castrated the fucker after beating him to death.

Don’t worry… it’s Texas… Even if they get it past the grand jury and that’s a strong “if”, ain’t no way you’re going to get 12 people in this state to convict.  No way in hell.  As a friend told me tonight, it’s called “Self Defense of a Third Party”… when that third party is your own child - there’s just no way in HELL 12 people will convict.  None.  

But, this makes me wonder: why did it take so long to arrest George Zimmerman and this man, whom we should be throwing parades, is facing a grand jury so quickly?
