A different perspective on Citizens United.  Painfully accurate… 

Since three major case decisions were released on Monday, it was easy to overlook the SCOTUS decision on Montana’s ban on businesses spending money and how Montana felt that, since it made the decision as a state, Citizens United didn’t apply.  Wrong.  SCOTUS upheld their Citizens United decision.  So much for “state’s rights”.
