think-progress: Martin Luther King, Jr. on so-called “right to work” laws. But all hope isn’t lost for voters to reverse the Michigan GOP’s power grab. “Right to work” = “right to be fired for doing absolutely nothing wrong, just at the company’s whim…” I love how we rebrand things to make them seem the opposite of their intentions.  These laws will continue to hurt the middle class and the lower class, but go ahead, GOP…. tell us how you’re NOT for millionaires and billionaires and how government and unions are stifling the record profits and hefty pay raises and bonuses that CEOs and upper level management has been making and continues to make.

think-progress: Thanks Michigan: After cutting tax credits for children, Michigan Republicans consider one for unborn fetuses. You’ve got to be fucking kidding me… Proving that it’s not a joke when people say: the GOP only cares about “life” when it’s in utero… after you’re born, you’re on your own… until you can become a child-bearing receptacle, and then, you’re entire body is subject to the whims of crazy white “Christian” men who do not know the meaning of the word “struggle”.
